Fried pies

Ingredients:

300 g water
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp yeasts
2 tsp salt
0.25 cup vegetable oil
500 g flour

Method:

Mix yeast, salt, sugar, and 2 tbsp flour in a cup.
Add 0.5 cup warm water, mix well, and pour in a large dish.
Pour vegetable oil, mix well, and add the rest of the water.
Add flour teaspoonful at a time, continuing mixing.
When the dough stops sticking to the dish, place it on a table, or on a clean board, and continue knead for about 5 minutes.
Place the dough in a plastic bag, place the plastic bag in a deep dish, cover the dish with towel, and let sit for about 1 – 1.5 hour.
Divide the dough into 30 portions (it is sticky at this time).
To make a pie, place a dough piece on your left hand, roll it into a hand size, place 2 tbsp of stuffing in the middle, and press the borders of the dough to seal your pie.
Grease a baking sheet with butter or margarine, place the pies on the sheet, and let sit for 10 minutes.
Pre-heat a skillet with vegetable oil and fry the pies a minute per side.
Cover a deep dish with towels, place the ready pies in the dish, and cover them with towels.

Note:

Pies are not fattening!
You can vary the stuffing.
Examples of stuffing:
Boiled rice + grated eggs + green onion cuts.
Boiled rice + grated eggs + flaked tuna
